This year it was the first time that the Ibrik/Cezve competition was a part of the SCAE world championships and doubtless it was a great experience for the audience as well as an enrichment for the coffee championships.

Christina Koumpouni came in first, curtly followed by the Austrian team consisting of Reinhard Grebien and Johanna Wechselberger. With their show, in which they adapted the characters of "I dream of Jeannie", the Austrians failed the first place with only 2 points difference. England's Aysin Aydogdu came in third, followed by Violeta Leci (Belgium), Neslihan Ozsenler (Turkey) and Vadium Kollomets (Estonia).
